Are you a dedicated and experienced behaviour support assistant looking for your next opportunity? Based in East Lancashire? We have an exciting new role for you! This is a fixed term position (for a term or half a term) with the successful candidate beginning as soon as possible.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and caring person is required to support, mentor and work alongside students who need additional time to self-regulate, complete their work and reflect on their approach to learning. The successful candidate will work alongside a group of students from 11-16 years old, monitoring and tracking their progress and help them successfully reintegrate into the main learning environment. An appropriate candidate would have strong Literacy, English and ICT skills and be able to communicate effectively with parents, staff and external services working to support students in being successful! You will work closely with the Head of Year and Senior Leadership Team to provide pastoral and behaviour support to students.
